1. Eligibility for Refunds
You can request a refund if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item is missing accessories or parts.
- The product is not as described on the website.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and items inside the box must be returned.
- For refurbished products, slight external marks or cosmetic conditions are not eligible for refunds unless the product is non-functional.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be refunded:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or wrong handling.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products that have been tampered with, altered, or serviced by a third party.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, our quality check team will inspect it.
- If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are processed through your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose:
- Replacement of the same product, or
- Exchange for another product of similar value.
Replacement is subject to product availability.
6. How to Request a Refund
To start the refund process:

- Product name
- Reason for refund
- Photos/video of the issue (if applicable)
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a standard return.
